AScott Computer
Solutions charges fair, competitive rates to provide a certified
technician to come out to your home or business.
Our billing does not start until we arrive at your door.
For many services, we have a cap on our service cost (usually two
hours), so that no matter how many hours your particular problem takes to
solve, you have the peace of mind of knowing what the maximum labor cost
will be. Many problems are
solved within one hour.
We are also available
for those emergencies when you must have a technician out within a few
hours. This usually involves
the rescheduling clients that had been scheduled for that time slot, but
this service is available at a premium.
Our general hourly
rate ranges from $55-$95/hr. The
higher rates are for Windows NT and networking service.
The lower rates are for residential and non-networking service.
We are available on nights and weekends. Late night (after 8pm), emergency, and Sunday service require
a 25%-50% surcharge, depending upon the service required.
